We specialize in hardware repair and do not access student data. If a repair ever requires software steps, we contact you first.

Do we need purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders or standard payment. If your district needs PO use, email or call before shipping.
Can we send multiple iPads at once?
Yes. One box per shipment is fine. We inventory on arrival and follow up.
What’s the turnaround time?
Most devices diagnosed within 24 hours and repaired within 24-72 hours after approval (depending on parts availability).
Are you certified / insured?
Yes — 11+ years experience, insured, working with schools nationwide. We can provide documentation upon request.
