Smart Spot Tech mail-in repair is simple, fast and affordable

In just 3 Simple Steps your device will be back in your hands like nothing ever happened

Step 1

Select a repair service and complete checkout.

On our Mail-in Repair page select the device you need repaired and the repair service needed. Not sure what repair you need! No worries! We can diagnose your device for free!

Step 2

Pack and ship your device

Pack your device in a strong box and apply the shipping label. 
DO NOT SEND Cases, cords, chargers or accessories in your shipment. Once you ship your device to us the rest is up to us. 

Step 3

Repair process

Your work is now done! the rest is up to us. 

Once we receive your device we will contact you to confirm your device has arrived at our facility. Keep an eye out for additional texts, calls or emails from Smart Spot in case we have questions or need confirmation for additional repairs if necessary. Communication during the repair process is essential for a speedy repair. 

Once the repair is complete we will send you a confirmation text/email and ship your device back to you.

Thats it! the repair process is really that simple. 

Post Repair

Once you receive your repaired device in the mail power it up and take it for a test spin. We take pride in our repairs and do everything we can to return your device as close to factory settings as possible. 

Test your device and make sure everything works as expected. Your repair comes with a parts warranty and we want to make sure you're happy! 

We will send a post repair questionnaire to make sure your repair went as expected. And just for filling it out we will send you an account credit of $5 for you next repair or device purchase.
